Nursery Theme!

I've been browsing around online to see what bedding sets we like and found one we BOTH like! I'm planning to get the bedding set only (comforter, sheets, crib skirt and bumper). It's a cute dragonfly & lady bug theme! I also got a bunch of paint swatches from Home Depot - we haven't picked a color to paint the nursery yet

Here's a picture of what we picked...

Jeremy's parents came this last weekend and helped us finish getting the rest of the house and garage unpacked and put away! I can't believe it! I know we would have had boxes around here for weeks if I had to do it all!

Now that we're all unpacked, I can start working on planning the nursery! Thankfully my mom is going to buy the crib for us...so I need to start looking for one :)

My mom and Dan are coming this weekend...we're planning on hanging pictures and do some decorating and exploring the area too!

25 weeks

Here's the 25 week belly picture!

I'm feeling much better and got over the stomach bug I had! It was awful! Overall, I'm feeling good but notice my body telling me when I need to slow down. Baby girl has been pretty active and Jeremy finally got to feel her kick from the outside :)

I had the 1-hour glucose testing done before we left Oregon since my doctor suggested we do it early since I used to be insulin resistant for a couple years but got it cleared up over a year ago. Well, I failed it so right before we left I had to go in and do the 3-hour glucose testing and I got the results right before we left that I passed!

I'll be going for my next appointment to meet my new doctor in Boise on the 16th.

Jeremy's parents are coming this weekend to help finish unpacking. We (Well, Jeremy) got a lot of unpacking done - I did what I could but with not feeling well I took it easy but last night we unpacked our master closet, linen closet, guest bathroom and the entire kitchen was done the other day. So we're made some progress. Our master bedroom is under construction so we're not sleeping in there yet - there is a balcony off the master that had some water damage which we knew from the inspection. Basically they had to cut out some of the flooring by the door to the balcony and will have to repair the balcony - the way it was built the water was running into the door - into the house. The formal dining room is directly below the master which we also noticed some damage on the ceiling. We're getting everything fixed which should be done in about 2 weeks.

My mom and Dan are coming next weekend to help finish getting the house on order.

The weather has been nice and warm - our AC didn't seem to be working very well upstairs, so we had a AC guy come out - come to find out there was no filter on the AC unit - so of course it was all yucky, so they got it all cleaned up yesterday so the house is much cooler! :)

I got my office all set up and have been working from home, it's been really nice, I find myself getting a lot more done with very little distraction which is soooo nice!

24 weeks & Moving!

Here is my 24 week belly picture (well I took it today since the last few days have been busy - I'll need to take another in a few days!)

We drove over to Idaho on Saturday in different vehicles since we had the truck and Jeremy's company car to get here. Jeremy informed me a few days before we left that I would need to tow our trailer that we normally use for the quad, I was terrified since I've never towed anything before but did good!

We got in on Saturday evening and were pretty tired since we got a late start. I have been feeling blah the last few days and am not sure if I've got a stomach bug - feels kinda like it. The doctor suggested I do a clear liquid diet for the next day to see if that helps.

The moving truck arrived bright and early this morning and had everything unloaded and beds assembled and boxes in designated rooms just after noon. I waited for the cable guy to come this morning to install my phone line and internet and worked most of the day but did some unpacking this morning while I waited for him to arrive. All in all we are doing good, just trying to get unpacking down and get the house in order so there aren't boxes all over ;)

Here's the moving truck...don't worry we didn't fill the whole thing up! ;)

23 weeks!

Here is my 23 week belly picture - definitely looking pregnant now! Overall, I'm feeling good - sleeping well (for the time being), other than getting up every once in a while in the middle of the night but not too bad.

We had our last doctor's appointment in Oregon - I really liked him but I'm sure our doctor in Idaho will be great too :) I had my glucose test done today, he decided to do it a bit early as I used to be insulin resistant and wanted to make sure everything is under control.

I can't believe we're moving to Idaho in just over a week! I'm anxious and excited all at the same time, I know it'll be a great adventure. I'm also looking forward to working from home where it's quiet, working in an office cubicle all day can get loud from all the chit chat and distractions of working in an office

22 weeks!

Here I am at 22 weeks (well slightly late on the picture). I have one more appointment with my current doctor here in Oregon and they'll be doing my glucose test a bit early since I was insulin resistant for a few years but got it cleared up last year so we figured it'd be best to have it done a bit early.

We've been throwing names around and have quite the list - Jeremy has his favorite and I have mine. We're decided to keep the name a surprise so we can wait til the end to make a decision :)

I'm still Time is flying by! We're off to Idaho in just 2 short weeks! We were going to leave August 1st but are thinking it'd be best to leave the 31st so we can get my office for work somewhat set up. The moving company will be here next week starting to pack our stuff and the moving truck will be loaded part of Thursday and Friday!

Our friend's Tom and Lindsey welcomed their baby girl! I had to share a picture since she's such a cutie! :)

21 weeks!

I can't get over how fast time is flying by!

Here's my 21 week belly

I need to have Jeremy take pictures for me so you don't just get iPhone pictures! Overall, I've been feeling pretty good, my allergies had been acting up the last few weeks but seem to be getting better, thank goodness!

We had a nice 4th of July - Saturday we went to Travis & Darcie's for a BBQ and relaxing with friends until the wee hours of the morning. Sunday we went to the mall and got a new refrigerator for our house in Idaho. Sears was having a huge appliance sale and we got a great deal on a stainless steel side by side refrigerator. We then went to Babies 'R Us and started our registry, I was amazed at everything they have! We then headed to Jeremy's parents for a BBQ. We both had Monday off for the holiday. I spent Monday getting $2 breakfast at the Cheerful Tortise with Julie and then followed by pedicures, shopping and got a massage that evening!

This weekend we'll be floating the Clackamas River with a bunch of friends!

I can't believe the big move is at the end of this month! We're getting the fine details figured out but the movers will come and pack up our house about mid week at the end of the month!

It's a....

...GIRL!!!
Baby's Profile

We had our ultrasound and doctor's appointment today and the doctor said everything looks perfect! :) Those ultrasound machines are amazing on what you can see!

Jeremy's grandma had a dream a few weeks before we told my in-laws we were expecting, and she called Jeremy's dad and said she had a dream about Jeremy, his other grandma and a baby girl. His dad didn't think anything of it. Come to find out she's had dreams about her other 5 great-grandchildren before she was told and was right on the sex too! That makes 6 great-grandchildren now, since she was right on her dream again :)

We're looking more at names now that we know what we're having but have decided to keep the name a surprise, leave something a surprise at the end ;)
