We had a surprise party for Jeremy's 30th Birthday on June 27th. Matt, Julie & I (Matt did all the hard work!) planned a surprise party for Jeremy at La Sierra. He ended up being late because we obviously couldn't tell him what we were up to. Jeremy had gone rafting with Bryan and some of their co-workers on the Clackamas River and lost track of time. All in all the party went great, and he was surprised. We left after only 3 hours because friends kept buying him Patron shot after shot, along with other shots and he was wasted by then.
A few weeks later my sorority sister JoAnna got married to Joseph on July 11, 2009 at Wine Country Farm in Dayton, Oregon. They had a beautiful wedding and the weather was nice for an outdoor wedding! Funny thing about my friend JoAnna is that Jeremy's dad Gene has known her dad Mike forever (25+ years I believe) and I met JoAnna at Portland State University in Phi Sigma Sigma! What a small world!

I was intending on finishing this posting before our Alaska cruise...didn't happen but I did and you can tell by the date ;)
